So we focus on making sure Savills people are satisfied with their career and personal development and are able to work well as a team towards achieving our business aims and objectives.

It's an approach that begins to work for you as soon as you join as a graduate trainee. Our one-year graduate program involves four two-month seats in different departments, one single department training, which giving you a real understanding of the business and how our departments work.

As a graduate, you'll also have opportunities to attend various training activities and skills courses including presentation skills, negotiation skills, etc.

Also, you will have a mentor in each team who serves as a designated trainer and is responsible for getting you the right experience.
